Science you can stand behind. Support patients can follow.

RESSETT LAB is the clinical practice of Dr. Aminata Kanu, trading through Eve's Ease Ltd.

Founder

Dr. Aminata Kanu

Protein biochemist · GLP-1 specialist · Author of The GLP-1 Graduate

Dr. Kanu is a protein biochemist with a PhD from the University of Bath. She spent over a decade in industrial science at AstraZeneca and Unilever, and has also worked as an independent consultant in maternal and global health systems across West Africa, including Sierra Leone and Senegal.

She is a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach and a HYROX Performance Coach, and she has taken tirzepatide herself. That combination of laboratory science, practical coaching and lived experience is the foundation of RESSETT LAB: explaining what GLP-1 medicines do in the body, then turning it into nutrition and training that real patients can sustain.

She is the author of The GLP-1 Graduate: A Scientist's Guide to the Ozempic Exit, available on Amazon.
